Middle/Senior Affiliate Manager (Dating)

The main tasks will be:

  • Key responsibilities:
  • Daily work with the partners
  • Search of the new affiliate opportunities and partners
  • Check and adjust affiliate traffic flow
  • Improve the performance of existing digital marketing campaigns
  • Perform set of sales and revenue KPI
  • Help resolve customer service inquiries
  • Monitoring the payment of partners program
  • Weekly reports and performance analysis

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of proven experience as an Affiliate Manager;
  • 2+ years of experience in promoting dating, and sweepstakes projects;
  • Deep understanding of the main performance metrics (CPA, CTR, CPL, CPV, CPC, RevShare, ROI, LTV);
  • Basic knowledge of Lead Generation, SEO, PPC, E-mail Marketing;
  • Proven experience in seeking and engaging new partners;
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills;
  • Flexibility, quick response to changes, ability to come up with a non-standard solution tailored for business tasks;
  • Strong self-management skills, structured and system approach to work;
  • Ambition and constant desire become better each day;
  • Upper-intermediate level of English;
